When to order
In order to provide the best service to all of our customers we recommend at least 48 hours of advance notice on all orders. Simply call us between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to place your order, or fax us around the clock. We'll try to feed your crowd at the last minute but can not always accommodate rush schedules.

When to cancel
To avoid incurring charges you should contact us 24 hours prior to your requested delivery time if you wish to cancel. Same day cancellations cannot be honored.

Delivery and set-up
We will be happy to deliver your order for a small additional fee. Orders will be set up on your table with disposable tablecloth, utensils, serving utensils, and napkins. Chaffing dishes are available for your order of hot entrees at an additional charge.

Additional services
China, glassware, and other serving equipment rentals may be arranged for an additional charge. Servers may be hired on an hourly basis. A minimum charge of four hours for each server applies.

Payment
Company check or approved credit at the time of delivery, or VISA, MasterCard, at the time you place your order. Rush orders must be accompanied by a credit card to process the order, but can be paid for by check. Cash is, of course, always accepted. 10% DC sales tax will be added to all orders.
